Both nutrition and fitness are the basis for a complete approach to following a balanced and healthy lifestyle. To complement your fitness regime at SHIFT, Dana Perri also offers nutritional programming.
The following are included in your program:
- During your initial 1-hour consultation, Dana will work with you, listen to you, and empower you to balance your diet, lose weight, prevent chronic disease, or eat right – whatever your goals may be.
- A customized and detailed 3-month food program is provided, which includes the individual needs of clients to keep them on track with their nutrition and health goals. Your plan is designed to fit your lifestyle and personal preferences.
- Follow up consultations are offered to track progress and provide necessary recommendations to achieve final health and weight loss goals.
Through the process of education, Dana helps each client integrate the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of complete health and preventive care. Through this process she helps empower the client, helping them regain control of their health and life by maximizing their body’s natural healing power.
